Bob, you have done about 60 F1's this week which is a good amount and shows us that you do a lot in game, so please keep up that good work lad. I feel like you don't really demonstrate leadership capabilities too much and could do with showing that off when playing. Also you could do with handling more appeals and report abuses on the forums which would be good. If you work on the things that I have mentioned then you could be a good lead team.
