Personally I think the biggest things you can work on are your forum presence and management.

I've really only seen you actively doing appeals and reports when you put an SA application up, you do them every now and then before then but not actively, as you can see from the criticism on the application itself.

A great quality of a potential lead team member is the ability to manage staff members, I don't really see that from you like I have when I was a lead team member and looking for possible candidates.

I'd work on your consistency of using your powers to the best of your ability the majority of the time, and also I'd want to see that quality that potential future SA's have.

Other than that you're doing a good job, but I'd apply again next time and in the meantime just work on the consistency of your job.
