Newdude, recently a returning admin which makes me feel like you should stick to the Admin rank for a lil while so we can see more from you. You should show some more leadership within the team such as asking staff if they need help with something via the admin chat and show some more interaction in the meeting by perhaps using your microphone more too if possible, not too much of an issue if you can't but it's preferrable if you do so.
