Not everyone can speak English my friend, there are Millions of users that will come across ZARP that will speak any kind of language, so if they want to speak in the language they want, its fine.

Do you have the abillity to unerstand this situation. Would you rather have a server where everyone talks to eachother and have fun except for one. Or a server where one person starts rulebreaking with his friend and nobody unterstands? In Deathrun about half of the rule breaks have to do with the mic. So if staff can't understand what the person is saying, the person can freely break half the rules. Deathrun isn't like SSRP.
