Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to B-hop:
what I would do is I would explain how to bhop for example I would tell then to always hold space and then when u wanna go left press A and move your mouse left similar to move right use your D key and move your mouse right if this doesn't help at all I would suggest videos like this:


and suggest for them to watch it and just to keep practicing and lastly I would add them on steam so if they were struggling or had any questions I could help out at any time

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming:
I would ask them politely to stop spamming wither chat or voice failure to do this would lead to a mute if its chat and a gag if its voice and even a warn if your new fadmin menu allows warns (I'm a ULX user) and if the player still mic or chat spams next map or if I ungag/unmute them then it would result in further punishments such as the kick command

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:

what I would do is I would ask the user to stop doing the "exploit" if they player refuses to stop using it after my verbal warning it will result in a kick and if this player joins back and carries on with the exploit then I would contact a higher up staff member to ban him

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words):
in my opinion I should be chosen as I consider myself a highly friendly and decent bhopper and I am always down to help other players learn and or teach them how to do so as I have done before along with this I feel that the bhop staff team is struggling as more often then not there is no or an afk staff member online and this is bad as I have experienced many occasions where staff is needed in this time so I feel I could help massively and finally I am a dedicated member of this community already and am trusted with staff on another server ( DeathRun)
