[SSRP Administrator] Narexa's Application

Before I get into the application I just want to say how much I appreciate all the support with me becoming moderator. I love being staff again, however there is a problem. I play until 5/6AM and no one is really on staff wise, so I'm usually left alone which is all well and good but, I am being restricted as moderator e.g. can't ban, spectate etc... which makes it really hard to resolve certain issues, also when I need to provide evidence to admins that kind of baffles me, but anyway I appreciate you all giving me another chance on the staff team.

Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:
I have been moderator multiple times within Zarp, I have alot of experience with being staff but to a certain extent my staff abilities are being restricted because of the commands that I cannot use, now I'm not even just talking about banning someone, rather spectating a player. if I could spectate players that would improve how I handle situations in the sense of if someone reports a person, and they're mic spamming for example I could spectate them first to see if they are or not, I appreciate the reason why moderators cannot use some commands, however I feel like I'm suitable to use them hense why I am applying for admin, this would save alot of time as I would not need to message admins or higher to get on to handle this.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):
I've attempted to handle situations of Mass RDM and trolling however when being froze they left to avoid punishment, then I've spoke an admin and needed "evidence" of this, so they have pretty much been let off with a warning at most. If I was admin I would be able to give the user a suitable punishment regarding the continuous rule's they have broken.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

I would speak to the staff member that banned the individual, I would speak to him about the ban and how this can be sorted out, I would explain to the staff member that the individual has put great detail and was very apologetic, we would then come to the conclusion whether or not it was too harsh, which seems likely if it is a permanent ban and as it's his/her's first ban.

Hi there. Me and "The admin that banned the individual" have looked at your appeal and discussed it in great detail, we found that because this is your first ban and you're very apologetic. That a permanent ban is too harsh, please before joining back to the server familiarize yourself with the rules so you do not slip up like this again, thank you for your appeal and have a great day!

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words):

I think I should be promoted because I have had plenty of experience as staff now, I have been Moderator multiple times, but I feel like I am slacking because I don't have some of the commands that I need e.g. jail, spectate, ban etc... if I were to be accepted then this would greatly improve my staff ability. I think I am a very fair and friendly staff member when it comes down to it that is very active and helps out, my attitude in the community has improved alot as I have shown in the server, I am a very dedicated staff member and love to help out players when they need it, I am available most of the time if I'm not helping another person as I don't RP much to be honest, I prefer helping players and I'm not just saying that. By the end of the week upcoming my F1 count will over 100 for sure, if not more. I really appreciate the support I have been getting being Moderator and the chances I have been given again to prove my self, in which I think I have done so. I feel like I have proven myself that I can be a good staff member and will keep improving.

This guide is going to provide you with everything you need to get started, don't panic. I understand it might be hard to get the feel of all the commands but we're all here to help you!

[b][color=#bb0000]Your Role[/color][/b]
First of all I will start by explaining the role you have in the community, your role is to provide user's with friendly and helpful solutions to their problems e.g. doing F1's and generally helping others, you ALWAYS listen to both sides of the story and never be biased in a situation no matter if it's your friend or what have you.

[b][color=#bb0000]Commands That You Need![/color][/b]

[b]Player Logs:[/b]
The player logs shows kills, job changes, money dropped, arrests, disconnects, connects etc... the logs are everything you need to find evidence of someone being killed and or arrested, this should ALWAYS be used if someone has made an F1 about an RDA or RDM, no matter whether they're telling you they have been killed or not you should always look at the logs, this shows the time between kills to define whether it could have possibly been NLR or not.

[b]Admin Requests[/b]
This shows players that are in need of assistance, with who is needing assistance, how long it has been there, the reason and who is handling it. To handle a situation you need to right click then select "Handle this", then you can proceed to goto and or bring the person. If someone is making random F1's e.g. trolling then you should Discard them and speak to the person about it.

[b]F6 Menu:[/b]
This shows everyone punishments, this can be used to find a user's punishments if deciding whether or not to give a verbal warning or an actual warning itself, you can search at the top right or you can click the drop down menu on the left to find someone that is in the server currently.

[b]Mute Globally:[/b]
This command mutes the individuals voice chat, most commonly used when someone is mic spamming, disrespecting and or being racist.

[b]Freeze:[/b]
This command freezes the individual, so they cannot move, most commonly used to stop the individual from getting away from you and or breaking any other rules whilst you speak to him/her.

[b]Teleport:[/b]
This command teleports you to a specific location, most commonly used to get to a rule breaker quick or to a roof top to do your F1, however this can also be used to teleport someone to where you want them to be teleported (where your crosshair is located)

[b]Goto:[/b] 
This command allows you to "go to" a individual, most commonly used to go to someone that you need for an F1 situation.

[b]Bring:[/b]
This command allows you to bring an individual, most commonly used if needing to bring someone F1 situation.

[b]Back:[/b]
This command allows you to send an individual back to where they were before you teleported them, most commonly used to return people to a location after an F1

[b]Kick:[/b]
This command allows you to kick an individual from the server, most commonly used when someone is refusing to delete props that need to be deleted or is AFK.

The last note is, remember to always follow the rules and you can attend meetings on Saturday 7PM GMT, where you can vote on other user's being promoted to moderator, good luck and thank you for reading!
