Every week there's a thread from someone of The Menaces/Yazuka saying they need their ban shortened and they are willing to change. Every week after, they did not change, except for Sorle who appears to be different. Plus, every support for this ban appeal has been from fellow gang members, no one else believes he wants to change.
If admins want punishments to work and people to change, they shouldn't be given breaks, that just gives them the feeling that they can get away.
ArdiEmma has already RDM me in a not so distant past and even screamed about not caring about getting a ban ( zarpgaming.com/index.php/forum/report-ab...request-for-ardiemma ).
Getting only a warning clearly hasn't worked, no player should feel he's above the rules. Just my opinion, but appeals should only be viable for incorrect punishments, bans should not be lifted if they were in fact breaking rules.
