When it will be appropriate to use the ban command?: A situation it would be correct to use the ban command, would be if someone was breaking a wide range of rules. Such as: Discriminating, trap-spamming, disrespect, ghosting. Then they would get a severe punishment, such as a ban for a certain extent of time depending on what rules they broke and how ruthlessly they broke the rules. Another reason to use the ban command would be if a players was threatening any other players, DDOS threats, cheating/scripting, these rules are also taken very seriously, and would result in a permanent ban if broken by anyone.

Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this?: A situation I had was where there was two trolls/minges on the server discriminating people, trap-spamming, mic-spamming, LTAPing and ghosting. I was on my own with an admin, although the admin was AFK. I served out a number of warns to these two trolls/minges although they kept disobeying the rules and not listening to me, so I then decided to kick them due to the mass rules these two guys broke. They joined back continuing to break the rules, I contacted the admin on steam... still no reply. So I just had to keep warning these guys for the rules they kept breaking. If I was an admin at this I could've given these two minges/trolls a ban for (1 day-1 week) and this would've helped a lot, because it would've kept the players happy because these two guys were ruining the players death run experience.

Why I should be promoted: I should be promoted to administrator because I have started to take my job a bit more seriously, and handing out punishments to those who decide to break any of the server rules. I have been very interactive with the players recently, helping them fix certain problems, and how to do something. I tend to respond to any situations quickly and sort any problems that have occurred. Overall I think I should be promoted to administrator due to my activity, how I handle situations and how I help players (as it's my priority to make sure the players are satisfied).

Extra (Things I wanna achieve as an admin): Taking my job more seriously, respecting staff better, being nicer to players, paying more attention to whats going on in the server and stop memeing as much.
