When it will be appropriate to use the ban command?:

One of the situations when it would appropriate to use the ban command would be when there is a hacker on the server. This is the most serious offence you can commit so it would warrant a perma-ban so they can't ever come back and rulebreak again. Another situation would be when a player is mass rulebreaking and that ban would depend on how many times they broke the rule and the severity of the rule as well.

Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this?:

If a player is doing a ban worthy offence and there are no admins online I have to message an admin through steam. While this works it takes quite a long time and in the time it takes to give 4 warning for the hour ban they can do further damage.

Why I should be promoted:

I have now been a mod again for quite a long time and I have become very reacquianted with what to do in day to day situations. However I feel there are definetly things I cant do as mod that I can do as admin. For example if there is an afk admin and there are only mods on we have to wait for the admin to come back or to be auto killed. This would not happen if i was an admin as I could just slay them.
