Ghosting is when dead players are helping the alive players to win the game.
Example1: *DEAD* |Player1|: At the portals he pressed LEFT and LEFT
Example2: *DEAD* -Player22-: Go on left!
Example1/2: [Moderator] HellForce: Stop ghosting or i will have to warn you.

Although you give only one example of ghosting it seems like at least you have basic understanding of what ghosting is all about.

I will verbally warn him first, if he keeps going, i will mute him, after that if he still keeps going i will warn him. And if he doesn't stop, an admin will be enough to stop him.

Usually when told to stop, the person disrespecting should not only be muted and gagged next time but warned as well at the same time, because the warn itself acts like a punishment, but at the same time tells other staff that the mute/gag was officially given out to the player.

Its actually hard to take care of the mic spammers (ear rapers), trap spammers,trap reactivators,ghosts without powers. It gets worse when no staff is on. Also the exploiters? Lets not talk about them. I'm fair to players. Anyways, to people who doesn't know about me, I have been staff on zarp before, im experienced / trusted with powers. I can do alot for the server. I know all the rules, I'm friendly in-game. Thats it.

Reviewing this application I've spotted some minor mistakes, but apart from that you do know Deathrun rules and what is expected from you being a staff on this server. In-game it seems like you do know the rules as well, I didn't exactly spot any problems while being on the server with you. While being on the server you try to be friendly, I didn't see you being rude.

You activity is "decent", you have only been playing for a week so far, I'm expecting you to play somewhat frequently this week as well in order to some form of dedication to the server. It doesn't seem like you have any punishments, apart from false warn last week.

This is all information I've been able to gather so far, but if you think that there is some information missing, then that is simply because I haven't seen everything that you are capable of. I wish you luck on getting accepted as moderator
