From experience you break rules on an almost daily basis, just looking at your rap sheet you receive multiple warnings a day and you also have a shit attitude, still remember when you messaged someone some vulgar things on steam in response to a petty situation.
If you really want to apply, I would highly recommend going a month or so without punishments to prove you have truly changed.
