The playerbase is much larger than back when you were admin. Another issue is that staff tend to play on Server 2, and the users are on Server 1. Much larger? When i was staff server had 32 players every single day. Same as now, it hasn't changed you're just using it as an excuse. You are accepting way too many new mods every week and u ain't focusing on the existing staff to do their job. EDIT: Also the server only needed 1-2 staff members to be able to handle every single situation painless, even when the server was full, atleast when i was staff. Now its just a shitshow.
