b]Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario:[/b] RDM is randomly killing someone with no roleplay reason such as a person coming up to someone who spawned in and shooting them in the head without saying anything or typing anything.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario: NLR is a rule that is used to ensure that someone cannot take action against a death. An example of this is if someone is killed in a Raid, that person cannot go back to the spot for a set amount of time.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
Get the situation from both sides and if player x’s story seems most believable, I will warn player y for RDM, telling him the next time he does this, he will be kicked.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
Warn player y for breaking NLR and explain what NLR is (incase they forgot or didn’t actually read the rules), if it happens again, he will be kicked.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words): I believe I should be chosen because I have previous staff experience in DarkRP servers, being a Super Admin before the server owner had to close the server down due to money troubles. I also try to be as impartial and fair as I possibly can when treating situations, unless evidence is obviously stacked against one side (ex. Seeing someone RDM or clearly break a rule). I also want people to enjoy DarkRP as much as possible, and seeing things like RDMing and Prop-pushing that ruin DarkRP saddens me. While there are many DarkRP servers, some of them have succumb to nothing but minges and trolls. I hate seeing that happen to servers, especially when servers have a lot of promise. I have personally seen about 3 servers die due to minges and trolls being a huge issue.
