And I don't see how being mass RDM'd in spawn has any relevance, you clearly knew you had NLR (which needless to say was in the Abandoned District) and you returned knowing full well you would be punished for raiding that nuke.

You broke NLR to intentionally ruin his RP, and you breaking it "just once" doesn't mean you get a lighter punishment.
If I was in his shoes I wouldn't think twice about banning you for a week or even more.
