Hello, I wanted to make a post saying that one of your staff members, AmerRox has been such a great help. No other staff member stepped up to help as the others were just AFK. I even approached an admin which i will not name and asked for help yet he just pushed me away. But AmerRox had the balls to step in and help. And not only in one sit but in many sits. I see him/her every doing sits and helping everyone and saved me from constantly being abused by a group of cops who constantly RDAed me. He/she had the time and patience to deal with such nuisance by other trollers and I'm actually impressed. The part that really shocks me is how are there higher ranked staff members who just avoid the problems from other players and do their own thing yet there is an amazing staff member with such limited powers that they barely have any commands let alone the fact that That was the only staff member who was sorting everything out when everything went to chaos. This staff member is a great asset to your community and you are lucky.
