How do you feel that your time as an administrator has contributed to becoming a super administrator:
My time as an administrator got me to experience a lot of things I wouldn't experience as a lower staff. From facing (ghosters) to facing couple of players intentionally breaking rules to (DDosers) that threatens to ruin other player's experience and fun. I've had some rough times dealing with rule breakers when no staff is on the server which lead me to act urgent and quick to minimize the different types of rules breaking. All these experiences and incidents happened through the time of being admin made me (quite sure) am ready to become one of the (Lead Team).

What makes you a good candidate for the super administrator team? ( in this part you can go as detailed as you want):
I think I have a lot of qualifications for the SA role. One of them is being active which I would say my biggest impact for the server. I (always) aim to get very good activity to ensure that I can be there when am relied on. I join Deathrun almost every day and hoping to get at least 4 hours (I know the new requirement is 2 hours but I still think its low for me)

Another thing is that am friendly and trusted. I like interacting with other players like answering questions related to the server or have some normal chat. I've never abused my powers during my time as mod and admin and I would use the least powers needed to maintain the stability of the server (rule breaking wise).

One more thing in my mind is that am cautious. Sometimes when I leave the DR server I tend to check forums every once in a while to see if someone posts anything about DR (if someone is asking for staff to join DR due to rule breakers). I seem to get more time in the server than i need due to me being cautious because when i want to leave the server, I seem to check if everything is fine in the server which takes a bit more time than needed sometimes.

Explain a situation as an administrator you encountered that was an obstacle that required the help of a lead team member but you had to work around it when no lead team member was available:
A situation that happened recently where 2 Staff members had an argument. At first, it was a normal argument which was alright but, somehow it turned to the worse in a couple of minutes. I tried to reduce the heat between each other, but since people can add to the argument, they can add more heat to the argument which I couldn't handle. I had to ask the help of a Lead team (Head admin Pitt) to solve the issue ASAP. Of course in the end, the issue had been handled, but it felt like I couldn't participate to handle the problem sooner which why am applying for SA.

Explain how you would review and handle an abuse report against another staff member:
First, I would read the report abuse the player posted then I will contact the staff member about this incident. If the staff member denies these accusations then I need to contact both of them to understand more and more of this incident. Talking to both players will help me understand the full story and how it happened. Also, I can collect evidence and proof and if there are none, I would check if there are any witnesses for this problem (Talking to staff would be very helpful too). Finally, I can give a decision that is made on facts and reliable.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member bans a user for an excessive amount of time, how do you approach the staff member to ensure that everyone is treated fairly?
I would first see why the user has been banned for. If the player has been banned for a very long time, I would contact the staff member of more details. I would ask him if gave him verbal warns (and warns it self) then I would check for the amount of warns he gave to the user. If the user got banned (for example mic spamming) for a very long time then I need to ask the staff member of the overly unjustified punishment. If the staff member had a bad reason for it, then I will lower the ban duration to a reasonable amount, then contact the staff more about bans and the duration of bans depending on what rule the user break to ensure that everyone is treated fairly.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member is dealing with a user but is struggling to do so in an appropriate manner. How would you resolve the situation?
I would first ask him to contact me through steam or Team speak (Admin chat if needed). I would ask him what seems to be the problem and ask for the whole story. I would ask him to calm down first as it shouldn't be a big of a deal. I would give him some advice and tips on how to deal with the user in an appropriate manner. I would give him simple steps on how to deal with the user in a peaceful and in an effective way. I would also spectate him to see how he is doing through the situation and tell him where he went wrong. Some times the staff need more learning so I would tell him he can contact me anytime you need for help, so I can make his duties much easier for him in the long term.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:

A staff member accuses another staff member of breaking rules, how would you help resolve the situation?

If a staff member is being accused of rule breaking by another staff member then the solution should be handled very seriously due to the fact that they are both staff members and it would be very bizarre if one of them is (rule breaking). I would first contact both members privately to gather each staff's side of the situation. I would gather evidence and proof from each staff and if it is not enough then, I should have both staff to the same chat and discuss more into the situation. If the staff member appears to be rule breaking, I should give him a warn or a verbal warn (depending on the rule break). finally, I should talk to both staff about how serious accusing one another and how it would reflect on the server negatively and of course to not rule break and read the rules if you have a problem remembering them (also ask staff about specific rules if needed).

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:

A staff member acts in a disrespectful manner towards another staff member and or sparks an argument within the staff team. How do you resolve the situation?

If this situation happens in the Death Run server I would ask them to immediately stop it (hence I said it earlier that it would affect on the server badly). Then I would contact each staff member in a private chat to know both sides of story Then ask the disrespectful staff deeply about his actions and whats behind it. If the staff has no reasoning of it then a warn is entitled to his name since it is not a staff material. If the staff has a big reasoning of it (with evidence and proof ofcourse) then I will put both staff to the same chat and try to solve the solution peacefully. Of course that doesn't justify the staff with the disrespecting manner from doing such act and both staff will be treated equally.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:

You spot a staff member breaking rules to the point of harming other users, how do you approach the staff member?

If i see a staff member rule breaking to the point of harming users, I would immediately ask him to stop his action. Then I would ask him the reason of this rule break. If he didn't know of the rule then it would be fine and remind him of the rules of the server to make sure he knows every aspect of it.

If he tends to keep breaking the rules then I would contact him again and give him a verbal warn and remind him (Again) that such behavior is to be avoided not to encourage rule breaking. Also, to remind him that such things harm the users and ruin their experience and fun in this server. If the staff member does it again, then I should ask one of the lead team to join me with the staff member to decide on what punishment the staff member deserves.

All in all, I hope you guys give me your honest opinion about me
