Story/Situation (What Happened?) - I was in PD, and I got killed, I returned to the PD (When I didnt have any NLR timer on my screen) and I killed a guy, and then I go for a shit, come back about 5min or so after, and I am warned, not even talked to, for NLR. I didnt have a chance to explain my story before I was warned, just came back to my pc, and had a warning.
