You need to learn to tolerate Good and Bad feedback. You wont always get Good feedback so you need to learn to tolerate it. Stop replying bad to people with like: Resign kid (like i'm older than you so you realy can't say i'm a kid, I'm NOT trying to offend you here) So yeah, you have A LOT You need to improve on.
