In your situations, you forgot player roles, 10 seconds is not a reasonable amount of time for a lifecheck, and you do not play at least 3 hours a day, so don't claim you do. Also, if a staff member is immature, that doesn't mean you can't be aswell. Seeing the way you talk back to staff on your app, even telling someone to resign, is not the behaviour I expect.
