Your false KOS reasons 1 and 2 can overlap, you should think of something else, and scenarios are completely missing. Not all grenades are KOSable when thrown, holding a c4 is not KOS per se (when you pick it up from a traitor for example) and running away from a tester is only KOSable if the detective says it is. I do not see myself supporting your application at this point.
