Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:
I think my time as a moderator gained me enough experience to be promoted to admin. I am also a SA on SSRP so i know how to use the power and how to deal with them.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):
A situation i encountered is that multiple people including me was stuck on a certain location on the map. I couldn't TP myself and others out but the server got a map change so it was fine.

If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:
Welcome player A to the staff team. Down below is a guide to get fully trained for being a moderator on the surf server mate:

!kick: (name/steamid) this command allows you to instantly kick a player from the server. Most of the times this will be used if there is no admin on to ban someone for exploiting and not stopping.

!warn: (name/steamid) this command is used if you see a player break a rule or find out he did broke one. This command will warn the player for what he did wrong.

!unwarn: (name/steamid) this command is to unwarn a player.

!Gag: (name/steamid) This is used for example if someone is mic spamming and doesn't want to stop after giving a verbal warning.

!Ungag: (name/steamid) Used to ungag a player

!Mute: (name/steamid) This is used to mute people in chat if they are for example spamming the living shit out of the chat and won't stop.

!Unmute: (name/steamid) Simply unmutes a player.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Hello player X,

Since you got banned permanent for hacking and see that you are sorry for your actions and that it was your first ban i will go ahead and accept this appeal since we handle bans with the Ethos guide. Remember if i see you doing this again you will be banned for permanent again and there is no chance of getting un-banned any time soon!

I think i can be a good fit in the administrator team since there aren't many at the moment so a extra hand can't harm anyone and i have staff experience on SSRP which can be really usefull here on Surf.
