Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin: Being a mod taught me how to handle f1s, how to handle difficult situations and make the right choices. I also know the commands and think im ready to handle being a admin

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user): One of the most difficult obstacle i encountered was rulebreakers ltaping and i couldn't do anything but copy they steam id and wait for a higher staff members to get on

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?: Hey congrats on getting staff! We expect Highly of you and happy to see your work as staff. Before you get started here are some tips to help you

Commands

/Warn Steamid: Reason This is for warning people that rule break.

/tp: This comman is used to tp yourself and others to your crosshair.

/goto steamid: this is used to tp to someone.

/back: this is used to TP yourself to your last location or another player

/backspawn: this is used to TP back to spawn.

/kick: This is used to kick a player.

/freeze - This is used to freeze someone.

F1 Menu

Admin requests is so you can see the f1s that people make,

The Logs, In the logs you can see the kills, hits, arrest,, warrants and more.

In warnings you can see the warnings that have been recently given.

Active NLR Is something you look to see if people broke nlr.

F6 Menu

In the F6 menu you can check warnings

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be? I'll be handling your appeal today.After speaking with the Admin that banned you we have notice you have put a lot of effort into your apology response and we have decided to reduce your ban to 2 weeks since its your first ban

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words): I think i should be promoted because i enjoy helping people and making there RP experience better. Becoming a admin will make it more easy for me to catch the rulebreakers and stop them from causing mayhem.I enjoy playing on zarp and don't see my self quieting anytime soon.
