Indeed it is. Since I am not very much liked in the community they use any available opportunity to be unfair towards me. Very similar to my second CM ban which didn't break TOU either.

Its not pick and choose. This is all your fault, your attitude has always and apparently continues to be toxic and disgusting. Your clear disregard for the time and place and your inability to control yourself has led you to the current predicament where when you do even the slightest thing you do wrong your going to be punished heavily for it. This is your fault and yours alone, you were the one who got yourself community banned not just once but twice doing the same shit. Now you've come back after over a year break and have fallen right back into your old habits... I'll make this clear to you, if your going to say something offensive DONT. You've made it obvious that you do not understand the proper time place or manner.
