Loopholing
The rules are stated here as guidelines for the server, they are not here for you to scrutinize and try to look for loopholes.
*No one is in mines besides yourself and then you can put a dupe down. < Correct
*There is already a dupe down but its not really great so you ask the person to remove theirs
and then put yours down. < Correct
*Someone else as a dupe down and you don't like it so you put yours over it. < Incorrect
4.19 Ramps, Ladders & Bridges - Ramps, ladders and bridges must be wide enough for two people to stand side by side at once. They also cannot be fading. They must be supported and can Not be fading. Ramps, Bridges and Ladders all must be able to fit so two people can stand side-by-side.



8.4 Do not build on top of other players or their buildings. If someone as a dupe/base down already you must wait until they have removed it or left the server before putting yours down in the same shaft.
8.5 Miner buildings must not cover the roads at all.
Other comments: I know he's known in ZARP and there's threads where he has helped me, so I know how he's probably seen by others (even though he has negative karma) and he has even placed on his banner how much he has donated to ZARP, but when the server has no admins he changes his names and harrasses players. I have recordings of chat of him saying he had destroyed my dupe for banter (not this time, another day, since he does this every single morning) and recordings of chat of him destroying a guys entire dupe and the guy tells him "i DIDN'T SAVE it yet!!!" and he replies with "you can raid mining bases. Lol. Cry", so I hope status is not taken into consideration and the admins take this on with an unbiased view.
One last thing, I get harrassed as a miner a lot, in any of Zarp Servers. I record mostly, but .dem files are awful and it takes around an hour to open, edit and do this entire thing, so I normally just let it go. But Gamersfunhouse has done this five times in the last 7-8 days and I finally had enough. I'll now report the story as it happened.
Story - Every morning I wake up at around 8 am CET and in the the time between my breakfast and going to the gym, I stay on Server 3, mostly with 3-4 people who are actually kinda nice and we all just mine or help each other with daily objectives. I set down a dupe, at either the big mines or those more hidden ones in the suburbs and mine for gems or steel. At around 1pm or 2pm, Gamersfunhouse joins the server, always with his alt account (which he has used for revenge false demotes on other people, since he and his alt are at that time 2/5 of the server population, but that's another story). At that hour, I already expect him to come and blow my dupe from far away, then pretending it wasn't him like usually, since I cannot record him from a distance, as he puts it "I bet you didn't see my name, so it could've been anyone ". He has blown it up 4 times (2 in that day) and yesterday I even got out and just said "Do you want to put yours down?" and removed mine. He does this because he probably doesn't want to have to go through a maze and can just open a side door and leave. I get it, it's annoying, but I'm there first, every day. He should not be able to just do what ever he wants, if he wanted his dupe down, he should go to another mine or wake up earlier like I do. Today he destroyed with as soon as he got there, with his Gluon Gun and when I started moving, he said it that mine was breaking the rules so he destroyed it to save me. I asked him what was wrong and he ignored me for a good bit. He could have pressed F1 if it was against the rules (it's a giant base, I wasn't propblocking or anything, he just said that It should be bigger and I'm available to show it to any admin that wants to see it.) or asked me if I wanted to take it out so he could put his. But no, he just started destroying it and immediately placed his. After I told him that his dupe was the one that was against the rules, he took it down and started building another. A giant one that I'll place photos of below. This one blocked almost half of the road, had a ramp that could only fit one player (which I wouldn't mind, but he did pull that "rules" excuse to blow up mine) and forced you to go through a gigantic maze just to go to the mines or even the craft table, which he felt he could just incorporate into his base. And then his friend killed, as you can see in the other thread.
TL;DR: Gamersfunhouse blew up my rule-abidding dupe (shouldn't blow it up either way), for the 5th time this week and then placed one that broke at least 3 rules. I hope something can be done, tired of only being able to feel safe mining for a few hours. Thank you.
