Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:
I've Been Mod now for quite while and got plenty of experience on the way.
but sometimes when i try to catch someone who is for example rdming i gotta go trough the tab menu and find his name and while i do that he can cause more damage than if i was admin.
On many occasions i always need to ask for a admin or higher to help me because someone needs to be jailed or banned etc and a common thing i can't punish is ltappers

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):
On multiple occasions when i come home from school or stay home and dont go to school there are not always admins or a higher rank so i see alot of rulebreaking especially mass rdm and propspamm and if i warn them it does not matter they will keep doing it if i kick them they will rejoin and do it again same with freezing them but luckily it never took longer than 20 minutes before a admin or higher came and helped

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

i have talked to the admin who banned you permanently for propspam and we have come to a conclusion to shorten your perma ban to a 1 week ban since this was also your first ban

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words):
I've been mod for a while now and dealt with many rule breakers but i could do more as admin because many times i cant punish other people and i have to call for help and this would not be needed. and also i often feel that some players i encounter and i warn will continue and i cant really spectate them the best i can do it follow them and sneak or ask for a admin or something to do it for me wich is not always possible, and being able to freeze people with physgun would make it easier if i see alot of rulebreaks going on at the same time wich happens alot in spawn

[spoiler] Congratz on getting moderator before we get started herer is the staff Ethos
The aim of moderation on the server is to improve the experience for people, not to interrupt people’s roleplay when it’s not necessary.Staff are there to have fun and to help others have fun too not to ban and warn everyone who breaks minor rules that have little effect on the server. Wherever possible use powers such as mute, freeze and jail instead of banning and kicking. 
Now lets talk about the commands you got as moderator
/tp this tp's you to where your crosshair is aimed u can bind this to a button so u can catch people far away.

[b]/tp[/b] [Playername/steamid] this tps the player tp where your crosshair is but you should always use steamid otherwise there is a chance u tp other people that were not intended to be tped

[b]/goto[/b] [name/steamid] this teleports you to the player you  use this for example when you need someone for an f1 because u cant just bring people without tping to them first

[b]/bring[/b] [name/steamid] this brings the player to you

[b]/Freeze[/b] [name/steamid] this freezes the player so they cant move or shoot and then u do /unfreeze to unfreeze them

[b]/back[/b] [steamid] +/backspawn] this teleports the player to the latest location or back to spawn
[center]all the commands above can be found in the tab menu[/center]

Heres the commands you use to punish people 
[b]/kick [steamid][/b] this kicks the player and is mostly used when there is a prop spammer that wont stop

[b]/warn [steamid][/b] this warns the player make sure he did do something wrong before warning.

Now we go to the F1 menu

[center]Here you can see Peoples f1's, warnings given by other staffs, logs, and active nlr of other people on the server[/center] 
[center]when  you right click on a f1 made this pops up[/center]

[center]if you press handle this you will handle their f1 or you can discard it if its not a valid reason or if its spamm[/center]

[center]when you decide to handle the f1 these options come up[/center]

[center]here you can choose to goto the player informing them your gonna handle their f1 then u can tp to a roof then use  the bring button to tp them there. when your done you can mark it as finished wich ends the f1[/center]
[center]You can also choose to unhandle the f1 incase of him being in a event or needing a higher staff[/center]

[center]and there is also the f6 menu also called rapsheet here u can choose a player on the server or put in steamid to see his recent warnings it it also shows every warning /punishment [/center]
