b]Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:[/b] if somebody keeps rdming and wont stop after getting warned 3 times

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be? If He / she wouldent cheat/hack again and promises they wont do it , I would unban them.
Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):. Welp.. I am not mod at the moment , but I was admin a while ago , but I asked for demote , because I was going to take a break from gaming , because lack of time , so now that I have more time , iam going to play more on zarp ( btw Johnler told me I could apply for admin straight away )
