Well, you are a great admin. Many people argue because of your attitude towards Players and Staff. But i have seen you improving a lot on that lately. You are handling many reports ingame, you are one of the most active people on the server, you are active on TS and you are active at the forums. Also i ave see you handling some situations and you always are available to help Lead Team members. decently. If i were you, the only thing i would try to improve is my attitude and my relationships with other staff members.

In general you are one of the best candidates in my opinion. Just keep trying to improve and i am sure you will get the promotion sooner or later.
