I know you really want this position. But almost everyone in this community believes you are one of the most immature people . I also know that you want to improve, but show that to other people. Show them that you can be mature. Also because you are in this community for 2 years that doesn't mean that you deserve the promotion. Someone might be in the community for 6 years but if we trust him with more powers, he will most certainly abuse and not use them as he should (I don't mention that this person is you).
