One example is when I ran a few people over on the road in spawn on server three whilst doing a drift, Dex was doing a sit in spawn at the time with his back turned and then turned around and claimed I mass CDM'd spawn, my immediate response to this was "Why are you lying? You had your back turned and saw nothing except for the final part where I was stopped near the path" he then proceeded to lie and say something along the lines of "I watched the whole thing and you drove on the path killing everyone" he almost warned me until I provided evidence that I did in fact not mass CDM...

TL;DR: This guy kinda lies and potentially punishes without seeing evidence or seeing the whole situation take place...
