Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
A player gets reported for RDM several times, each time he replies by keymashing and then disconnects. If it is clear he had no reason to kill them, I will have to ban him for Mass RDM + LTAP

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

x, I've contacted the admin that has banned you, and we have decided to accept your appeal. Please remember to pay more attention next time, and please read the rules once more, so that this doesn't happen again. You will be unbanned shortly.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):.

I have several reasons why I should get promoted:

• I have experience as a Head Admin on Zarp TTT, and I've been staff for a total of 18 months. I already know the rules and the maps the current servers have. I know how ULX works, so don't expect me to have issues getting back into it. Just the fact that I've gotten to this rank proves that I'm trustworthy. The reason I quit wasn't because I was demoted, I just found the old way the server was boring, and back then the playerbase was practically zero, which is why most of the staff back then left, and I inevitably left aswell.
• I have become more social than I was before. I used to be kind of introverted, but I've started using my microphone. This will allow me to communicate better as not everyone pays attention to chat.
• I speak several languages. I see German players joining once every few days. Understanding what they're saying can be vital as it is nice to know whether they are cursing or just trying to communicate. If they don't speak English well I can tell them it isn't an English server and that they should leave.
  
• I'm a friendly person. I don't usually shout or curse. Keeping a calm attitude will help when dealing with rulebreakers.
• I have the most gametime on this server. I've been dedicated to this server in the past, and I've already started building up a big amount of gametime on Server 2.

Extra Information: (Not Required)
I know I don't play much on server 1, but I usually play on server 2 because:

• Server 2 is new, which made me play on it for a while instead of playing on Server 1
• Server 1 is usually full, which blocks me from joining.
• I prefer a variety of maps, that's why server 2 is more enjoyable for me.

I do however plan to join server 1 if I notice a lack of staff on it.
