What is Ghosting? and give an example:
Ghosting is a case where a dead player tells the alive players information what they should go threw and its the correct one. It is when a player go through a portal and dies and tell evry one to go on the other portal.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?:
I would verbally warn hem first to stop disrespecting, then if he carries on mute/gag + warn. If he still carries on after the unmute/ungag then warn hem for disrespect + kick him. After the kick if he comes back and still carries on then i would ask a admin to ban him for the appropriate time.

Why I should be chosen:
I know the rules and i know how to handle evry thing as a staff. Im nice to people i treat them well i help them if they need help with some thing and i respect everyone on the server and im good to everyone i started on this server when i was 12 or 13 years old and im good making friends to others im kind to the people i dont say any thing rude to them i respect all staff and the people on this server and im gonna get more gametime this week and i am an old staff so i can be trusted.
