After watching the video I have seen that there has been a misunderstanding and the warning is invalid. The warning will be removed and replaced by the rule broken by Nunu which is using special weapons on a base while not attempting to enter it. HellForce will be warned as well. As for DB Killer he will not be demoted as it is a simple mistake and not demote worthy.
