This is a pretty OK application. But, it has some major problems.
Don't misunderstand me, you clearly put a lot of time on this, but it is obvious you haven't got a clue about some of the game's core mechanics. For example:
This would happen at the end of the game when the round has been going on for 30 minutes or so
A round basically cannot go on for 30 minutes. In theory, it might be possible, but most
games don't take longer than 15. Plus, there is a timer that ticks down (and goes up with 30 seconds each time an innocent is killed), so if it goes on too long then the game stops automatically and the Innocents win.
Another problem is that under the headline
Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario you don't actually explain RDM, even though that is the primary problem you'll be handling when doing reports.
If you fix your application and properly describe RDM then I see no reason for you to not be accepted.
EDIT: I mean, you're a really nice and great guy, even making posts about how much you appreciate the staff's hard work. So yeah, if you edit your application, you'll definitely have my

I see now ! I thought I was supposed to give the scenario of if the round was too long I would make it more entertaining by making all the players kill themselves as in "DeathMatch" (I got this theory from the CSGO gamemode) But I never saw that Random Death match Was RDM (never really looked into it) I fixed it now, it's not the best but I tried describing an RDM scenario
