When will it be appropriate to use the ban command?:
When a player is:
hacking.
threatening people. (with ddos/hacks or any other malicious types of threatening)
When a player continously is breaking the same rules.
When a player Ltap.
These are the basic scenarios

Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this?:
Whenever I needed someone banned, I had to gather evidence, then get in contact with an admin so that the admin could ban him.
Skipping the moderator rank, and starting as administrator would not just help me, but other administrators aswell, as I could just do the work myself.

Why I should be promoted:

I have past experience as a head admin on here,
not to mention I had SA for well over a year before getting ha.
This means I have dealt with mostly anything you could come up with before.
I've been playing occasionally since I resigned,
and I've made sure about possible changes to the server rules.
So you guys can be sure that I havn't forgotten much since then, if anything at all.
I am now a little active again, so why not help out people while having fun?
