Someone Wont listen to the staff in a situation like Mass RDM where they join back and back after being kicked and banned using Awarn.

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
Hi player x I should'nt have banned you for life i should have only done it for a certain amount of time, i hope you can forgive me! Also you shouldnt cheat and if it happens again it may be a permanent ban. I appreciate the time and effort and the apology i will shorten your ban!

Why I should be promoted
I think i should be promoted as ever since i got moderator i've played much more of the server. I've also got a good understanding of being a staff member. I really enjoy the job and i handle as many reports as i can! I also have had 0 problems with reports and i've been told i'm one of the only new staff that do my job very well! I took part in the meeting on the 19th of March and stayed the whole time. Overall i'm realy enjoing and doing it well and hope and i can be an admin.
I'm also friendly, kind and fair and i've actually been told that. I didnt know i really was.
