I will have been Moderator for a week by the time of the meeting and I have over 8 months of experience as a Head Administrator across almost all ZARP Servers. I know what I'm doing and if you take a look at the other posts on this application you'll see the same comments G

You know me well enough G, I know you're a really good staff member however you need to see it from our prospective, If you were gone for 3-4 months then returned and then was Moderator for 1 week, You'd want to get to know the person to see if they're a good pick for the staff team.
