Ghosting is basically when you're telling the players who are alive the code/doors or telling the death where the player is so they get an advantage when you're dead. An example could be: There's two doors and the person doesn't know which one it is and then you tell them it's left and right. That would be ghosting because you're telling them which one it is when you're dead so you're giving them an advantage.

It's true that ghosting is telling information about used traps as well as players position to alive player while you are dead, and you've been able to provide some form of an example on how ghosting "basically" would work. All I can see is that not only you understand what ghosting is and how it works but you know multiple ways of ghosting as well (that is a good thing).

If someone was being disrespectful then i'd tell them to stop, but if they don't then I will mute them but when they're not muted and start being disrespectful again then I will warn them if necessary

Most of the times if someone has been given a verbal warn not to do it, the next time is not only a punishment with mute and/or gag, but a warn as well. Warns are not given out primarily as a form of punishment but as a reminder for staff to know if the person with a warn is a potential rule breaker.

I think I should be chosen to be Moderator because I know I will do my job right and I think i'd be pretty good at it. I will mute/gag people if they're doing something wrong and I will warn people if needed. I will also be respectful to the staff and players on the server and I'd hope to be liked by the people on the server. I've also been staff on servers before but it's been a while so i'm a bit rusty so I may need some guidance. Thank you for reading my application.

It's a nice thing to see someone being passionate and wanting to help out the server, however keep in mind that not everyone will like you as staff, staff position is not something you should be taking lightly. Some people might not like you and be hateful and there isn't much you can do about it except being polite trying to respect someones opinion of you and maybe hopefully try to resolve it in a non-chaotic way (although it's a difficult thing to do).

All in all you've been quite a dedicated player lately looking at your gametracker stats and seen you on the server from time to time being online and enjoying.

You are a friendly player, talking with people and helping them out. Your application is good and I can definitely see your knowledge of the rules. Other than that I can't really points out any negatives about you.
