From what I have seen of you in-game you seem top be doing a good job, which is always a good thing. You could do with doing more F1's in your average week, try and push 60+ in a week. I also feel that you could do with interacting with the lead team and the community a bit more, maybe do more appeals on the forums and try and talk to the lead team and other community members more on the team speak. You have a good application that wouldn't need any improvement and seems to be good. Apart from this I feel that you would be a good lead team member if you improve upon these things that I have mentioned above. Keep up the good work!
