So under my look of you I believe you are a great staff member, you know what you are doing as a admin. But there are a few things that you can improve on, one of them is to not be in game afk mining a lot because at some points i've seen you on servers and you were the only staff member while i was joining and i quickly see the f1's racked up. maybe come back every now and then to counter this its not that mining is bad its just the f1's need doing. Another thing is I only really see you around in meetings and then here and there in a channel, I don't really see you approaching any LTM members so you can say hello every now and then you know we dont bite.
