Money doesn't just 'disappear' upon server restart individually. It either takes everyone's cash cause the database didn't load through well enough, or it's an issue that actually made people loss money.

It seems very unlikely to me. But then again.. miracles haven't left the world. ZARP has a non-refund policy either way. I don't think you'll get your money back.
