Suggestion Title:
Adding back deathscene

How would it benefit the server:
deathscenes are an essential part of the rdm manager and multiple times i cannot handle a report because i don't know what happened and it cant be shown in the logs; for example today someone blocked another player and one of them fell off the map and in the report both players accused the other of doing it but because it is not on the logs and i can only handle it with the deathscene, but because there was no deathscene i had to leave the report so if the person broke the rule they got away with it

Potential Issues/Exploits:
apparently it can cause "lag" but i've never scene it do such a thing

Additional notes:
it will benefit the server greatly and is essential in my opinion, also apparently "every situation can be handled without it" but i have had multiple times where this isn't the case
