Toto would be home in an half an hour when Raa said he'd claim it. What if both of them were handling the same report at the same time. All I wanted was for Toto to confirm this so that he won't get going on his computer handling it when Raa's already handled it. Then he would get mad because he claimed it etc. It is also an unwarn appeal and not an "unban me i've been banned for an hour" appeal. So there is no stress.

If Raa had handled it the appeal would have been locked and the admin that gave the warning would have informed toto that it was already handled.
