Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command
If I saw a player mass RDM (RDM 3 Or More People) [and then LTAP (Leave To Avoid Punishment) I would find it appropriate to use the ban command.

Why I should be promoted
I should be promoted because I handle a lot of reports and in my opinion correctly, I also keep the server clean from rulebreakers. With administrator powers I will be able to help the server more than I currently can and I will be able to punish rulebreakers more efficiently and give them a worse punishment (what I mean by a worse punishment is for example a ban) if needed.
