At times you were extremely active then inactive and now you're sort of in the middle, At times you come across as trollish and sometimes you get over excitted and don't maintain your role to the best of your abillity. You also need to show Lead Team members that you're capable of leading a staff team as well as looking out for more stuff and I'm sorry but I don't think you can manage it.
