Currently at the moment you seem not able to maintain the Lead Team role as it's a tricky position to have and sometimes you get over excitted and come off the wrong way, I'm also unsure if you're able to deal with really hard situations as it's complete different from dealing with a player as nwo you're dealing with Admins as well as Moderators, I've also not seen you show leadership skills I.E Asking staff to help out seeing if any staff need help and stuff like that. So currently my vote is
