Where do I begin?
You and I have been friends for a substantially long time now, all the way back to evil melon in which I first learned your uniqueness has a staff member.
Your ability to keep spirits lifted without even raising a touch of sweat from your pours. It was phenomenal.
This is when you were a Super Administrator, only one week later you had managed to become a Head Administrator of ZarpGaming. The quickest promotion to date I believe which is quite something and it was fully deserving.
Not only was I glad and delighted to see such an outstanding individual such as yourself rise to a powerful position but I was amazed to see how well you handled the position. You handled it with the up most professionalism and the pristine type of maturity needed for such a position.
Later you applied for the Community Manager position, as I'm sure you could imagine I was delighted to see such a deserving person applying for the position. And as any deserving person, you claimed the position of Community Manager. You did not only execute the duties of this rank outstandingly you also managed to shape a part of Zarp you also had a tremendous impact on how it is today and created an image for other Staff Members to follow. For that, I thank you.

Keith, you are fully deserving of this position and I know you will make use of it that non could compare to.
