Neon, you're very new to being an admin and I think that by applying to be a super admin so soon after getting the position might not show the kind of message you're wanting to convey with this.

However, it is brilliant that you're open to receiving feedback about this, and so I shall endeavour to provide you with what I believe are truthful indicators of your demeanour and perhaps ways you can improve.

You're quite tough, intelligent, you know the way around the staff team and you can call for help if needed.

In comparison, there are times where I believe your interaction with certain users may need work - this is not an affront on your capacity as a social person, it's simply an observation that I believe is very easily fixed. Just remember to take a step back and breathe if anyone steps on your toes.
