Onion is a very good candidate for this position however there are missing parts before the next step on. First of all, the positives; you are very dedicated and do a lot of reports on the SSRP servers. You are also extremely active and very passionate with what you do which is great to see, also very active and helpful in the meetings too. However you need to try and do less of the spamming to some staff members, I'm not a victim of this but I have been shown and told that you have a common thing for spamming people which can get annoying, however I believe that you can work on this by toning it down a lil bit, not a big deal but it's something you can work on. Next negative is sometimes in situations, you like to allow your immaturity to take over at the wrong times from what I've experienced whenever we are in spacers.

Now from the last time you applied, I can definitely see improvements and I hope you continue to make some more because you're getting closer and closer to this position.

One more thing you can easily fix is part of your application due to a rule change:

As you can see, it is allowed to own a big gun as a Citizen in the rules but you can easily just fix that.
