When I say that, I mean that Onion clearly has a grasp of what makes a super-admin the type of person that most should aspire to be. There are many candidates in this race, and you clearly stand with the best of the contenders. Though, I dare say you have some tough competition.

Your capacity for assisting the lead team in the staff meetings, aswell as your own understanding of most SSRP and other roles makes you a candidate that clearly is not out for power, but rather just wants to show that you can be even more help than you already are. Which I definitely think is a good thing.
