Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:

Well due to my previous positions, i am in a place where i know every single command that i am gonna use and the admins have access to. And i know how to handle every single situation that i might be placed in with users and how to handle it.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):

There is not really a situation that i have a struggle with solving. The only thing that can be hard is a situation where 2 people are very angry at eachother you have to handle and make sure everyone leave the sit happy which is very important to me i want everyone to have a good time

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:

I would go through every command (both in the tab menu and the chat commands) that you are given as a moderator, tell the user why he has those commands when he needs to use the commands and why he needs to use the commands, also i would try and teach the user how to handle different situations that he for sure would be placed in when he would become a moderator. Then i would go through the f1 menu and and tell him the easiest way to go about reading logs and stuff like that, and i would finish off with the f6 menu and tell him that is something that he always wanna check if he is about to punish a person, and tell him that there is not ALWAYS a reason to punish a person because he might have broken a rule since a lot of the time a talking to is plenty.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Well first off i would look back at the situation and see how he is overall behaviour was when he was told that he is getting banned for prop spamming, also i would let him know that what he did is very wrong and he can ruin a lot of fun for a lot of other players if he would actually have managed to crash the server with his spam. Then i would go look at his previous punishments see if he has any that involves props and if they still are valid. And then i would look at it and if he seems extremely sorry and i felt that he has waited decent amount of time so that he knew that what he did had a punishment and he knew that what he did was wrong and he would never do it again. Then i would unban him

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words):

The reason that i feel i should be promoted is because i am well known in the community, and i feel that i would be a good addition to the staff team people know that i am willing to help out at any time and i know for sure that there is a lot of people that would love to see me back on the staff team since people tell me every day almost that they would love to see me get staff again. Last time i was back i was strictly staff on duty because i didn't like roleplaying. but after a pretty big break from garrys mod as a whole i came back and not only do i love to help people out and i wanna do it, i also find it really fun to roleplay again so i am sure that i won't burn out this time!
